Privacy Policy

• Your name, mobile number and address. Needed to cook, deliver and reach you. Your number also identifies you, so your saved addresses and past orders come back next time.
• Your order history. What you ordered, when, what it cost, and where it went.
• Your WhatsApp messages with us. Kept so the kitchen can read the conversation and answer properly.
• Payment status — whether an order was paid, and the gateway’s reference for it. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details; those go straight to the payment gateway.
• Your cart, which is kept in your own browser and never leaves it until you place the order.

• Cook and deliver your order, and tell you how it is going.
• Let you track an order and reorder without typing your address again.
• Answer you on WhatsApp, by a person or by our automated assistant.
• Send you offers on WhatsApp — but only if you agreed, at most once a week, and every one of them tells you how to stop.
• Keep the records a business has to keep, and understand how the kitchen is doing.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s advertising.

• Our payment gateway (Razorpay), to take payment. They receive your name, number and the amount.
• WhatsApp (Meta), to carry the messages we send you.
• Our hosting provider, where the site and its database run.
• An AI provider (OpenAI), when you talk to our WhatsApp assistant: your message and the conversation so far are sent so it can reply. It is not used to train their models.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Order records are kept for as long as we must keep business and tax records. Chat history and saved addresses are kept while your number is in use with us. Ask us to delete them and we will, apart from what we have to keep by law.

• Stop offers by replying STOP on WhatsApp. Messages about an order you actually placed keep coming — those are not marketing.
• See, correct or delete what we hold about you: just ask.
• Clear your cart by emptying it in your browser.

The site is served over HTTPS, admin access is password protected, and payment details never reach us. No system is perfect, but we keep what we hold to the minimum so there is less to lose.

This is not a service for children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
